Feeling Bored In Life? Here’s an easy technique for you…

Updated: Mar 27, 2020

On your journey to success, every day is not going to be of sunshine & rainbows…

Life will test your endurance & will power – I feel down when I don’t see any visible progress such as fewer views on my blog posts, no body weight change even after daily walks or no money coming in as I expected doing what I love.

But later I realized that these parameters are comparatively less significant things when it comes to my life purpose and what I am trying to become.

For me, hardships are an eligibility test to determine whether I deserve a life in my dreams.

If you can get through it, that’s a good news…YOU GONNA MAKE IT.

Monotonous and less rewarded days are boring, even though you have daily routines based on your life goals or priorities (set goals to achieve a life you want-If you don’t have any goals set, I would recommend you to do it -: Sample Goal Setting Template By Jack Canfield ) you may lose your momentum when days passes by.

The remedy for this stagnation according to me is to rearrange your focus and re-ignite yourself by reminding your purpose in your life. it will help you to take your eyes off little things and shift your attention to a much larger picture of your vision. In this world of distractions (especially your social media notifications) it is easier to lose your focus and it’s up to us whether we use them or let it use us.

“My purpose is to explore my own potential to help people to find their real potential to make this world a better place to live in”

You also will have a purpose in your life, even though you can’t describe it in a statement each and every one of us has one underlying deep in our hearts.

To have a stronger drive and focus on your journey, it’s a great idea to write down your purpose and remind yourself of it every day.

Having a clear purpose means clear vision and direction in your journey.

So, next time when you feel demotivated, remind yourself about why you are taking your daily steps/actions and how important it is to you to create a life you desire.

I guarantee it will give you a push and free you from the stagnation that may slow down your journey.

Wishing You a beautiful Journey Ahead,

With love,
