It didn't happen - it doesn't need to happen in the 1st attempt itself!

It looked like just a simple goal on the paper. In execution, even an atomic level change is complex. My plan to wake up an hour earlier didn't work out as I wanted.

I learned a lesson as a bonus this time, for a plan to work out, you have to plan the things before it as well.

Sounds a little confused. No problem.

Let us see the concept once again with a simple example.

For you to wake up earlier, those things that happened before you woke up earlier influence your ability to get out of bed such as when you slept, what you ate, and your energy levels just before you hit the bed.

Today, I am posting this blog past 12 am, odds are not favorable to me as I am too late to sleep.

But there's something more motivating than just the favorable conditions. Tomorrow I have to create a presentation for my team. I don't want to let them down.

Yesterday I did it for myself.

Tomorrow I am going to wake up for my team and me.

Let's how this is going to work out.

See you tomorrow,

Wish all the best for me,

With Love,

Hadi
