Just wake up a little bit earlier advice !

When I feel, I am going off the track, most of the time I seek refuge in skimming through google search results of 'How to....'.


I am always impressed seeing someone talking about a radical change, and overnight stories of success always never failed to dazzle me.


When I went through an accelerated weight loss of 15+ kgs in less than 2 months, I did go uphill in no time. The good thing about that was I was successful in doing it, but the bad part here is, that it created a false sense that every problem is a quick fix.


Last year, when I picked the book 'Atomic Habits', I told myself


" Who in this world has the time to make tiny changes and wait for a transformation"


I loved the book yet still I was overconfident about my ability to turn around the table in a matter of days.


My long-time dream is to become a content creator focused on personal development and soft skills. I loved to talk, and I am confident about my content, yet when it comes to action, I always derailed just before the video shoot, or even if I manage to create a handful of videos in a streak, I dropped the baton midway.


Without consistency, there is no transformation. My recent read of the book 'Compound Effect' reminded me of the need for tiny changes and the miraculous transformation it could bring.

Yes, I have decide to start with a seemingly simple goal of waking up an hour early, so that I can eat a healthy breakfast, pack my lunch, and have an extra hour to breathe life.



That's it.

Let's see how it's gonna work out for me tomorrow.
