He is the one who stops you from "Living Your Best Potential"

Do you know with whom you talk most of the time?

It's not to your dearest friend or loving partner or caring parents.

It's You talking to you!

The conversations you have with your self become self-fulfilling prophecies. If you always complain about the things or people most of the time, the world will be just a reflection of your misery or if you are glad that you are here in this beautiful world, the world will gift you reasons to believe it's a fantastic place to be here.

Your thoughts shape your experiences, experiences, in turn, give the colors to the picture of the world around you (Believe me, everyone's world is purely customized for them). What's scary here is that it is a detrimental factor that limits your potential too.

“Whether you think you can or you can't, you are right”-Henry Ford

We human beings are loaded with a lot of potential. Here is an example, Till 1954 nobody believed a human being can run a mile in less than 4 minutes. But in 1955 around 37 runners did it. How's it possible, right?

Because when a student from Oxford university ran a mile in 3 minutes and 54 seconds, the world shattered the belief that no human being could run a mile in less than 4 minutes.World usually believe in the stories of 'I can' or 'I can't' until some believes 'I can' do it.

Your world is built upon a foundation of stories. It's you who determine you are a hero or not in your story.

Based on our stories we believe in our potential. Early childhood setbacks and painful experiences, a past traumatic experience, a pessimistic boss, a complaining partner, a heartbreaking break up, an unsuccessful business, or any such 'not so good' experiences can be the reason behind what you believe about you and the world around you.

To change Your life, Challenge Your Stories

“Next time when the voice in your head whispers 'you can't' do it ask back, why I can't?

This big question challenges your limiting beliefs and will help you to make conscious decisions rather than navigating on your autopilot mode based on self-fulfilling prophecies.

The conversations you have with your self should be about possibilities out there, outstanding opportunities and unlimited potential. Sometimes we can't be certain about what might happen in our lives, those are things outside of our control. But there's something that's in our control. The choices we make, the actions we take and the stories we tell ourselves. Remember he is the best friend of you.

For the dreamer and doer in you, let your self be the best critic of you to bring the greatness in you to live your best potential for the rest of your life.
