your biggest investment!

The word investment brings an image of real estate, stocks or business to most of us. The type of 'investment' I am going to talk about here is entirely different one, yet the 'biggest form of investment' according to me. Out of all noise, if you listen closely, the most pleasing moments happen in personal relationships. The strongest bonds between people forms when trust and integrity is nurtured, and when you reach out to other person even when before requests for aid. Personally, I am a kind of person who value relationships, unfortunately the area I burn my hands is consistency in maintaining the relationships I had already built. Always I use to seek out for the excitement of new acquaintances. Aftermath of this habit lead me to have a feeling of discontentment. To prove my point about relationships being the biggest investment, let me share few incidents from my life. a) When I came to UAE, I landed my first job through the help of father's contact.

b) During my emotionally challenging days, my friend and his girl friend cheered me to come out of the situation. c) The encouraging words of one of my closest advisor whom I met during a meeting motivated me to pursue my training career again. d) The one doctor friend of my family helped us to survive when corona hit us heavily and almost at last moment we managed to find a hospital to get myself admitted. (If not, I would be writing this blog from grave) The lists are endless, these are only few instancesrfrom tons of experiences. I believe my point is proved. Money, status and power may help you to find a way out but the fact is through these resources people helps people. It's time to rekindle your existing relationships. Keep looking for sweet people around you. There's an abundance of beautiful people in this world. Only thing we have to do is be a good friend before we want someone to be a good friend of us.

Let's teach ourselves and our kids the words of Abraham Lincoln

"For every enemy there is a friend."
